14 Days Money Back Warranty
(1)If you are not satisfied with our product, you can send them back to us in 14 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we don't refund the shipping fees 25£.
(2)If the product works but you don't like it, you can send it back for refund, in this case we will charge 15% restock and handling fee and don't refund the shipping fees.
Three Months Exchange Warranty
If the product doesn't work, you can send them back to us in 7 to 14 days, we will refund you. (Please email us first get the RMA number). The product doesn't work, you also can send them back to us in three month for exchange, buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for re-sending them to buyers.
One Year Manufacture Warranty
Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components
- Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
- Defective products may be replaced if returned a year since the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting a RMA number. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
- Defective products must be returned within 14 days since the issue date of RMA,which would be sent to you within the warranty period. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
- If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
- The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will be partially refunded if the items you receive are defective within the warranty period.
- It is not acceptable to bring the defective item for exchange in person.
Return for exchange item
When exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and undertake the shipping cost for you ship item back to us through Royal mail Special delivery
Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help, if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.

(2)If buyer send defective items which are purchased from other sellers, we refused to do any after sales service and will charge handling fee and shipping fee in order to send these items back to you.
How to return?
If you want return the product, you need to connect us for the return instruction,cause we need to make sure of the problem before return. You can email us at our customer support email: Satlinkfirstname.lastname@example.org , do write the order no and the detailed problem.
If we accept you return the items, please DO write a note in English with your order number or payment ID so that we can find the order details.please use Royal Mail Special delivery to return it, and write ship to the address our customer service provides. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT or any other courier.
Refund process can takes up to 30 working days.
